Mastering Services

My process involves giving your project the quality time and focused attention it deserves. I ensure that the emotions of your music translate to your audience. I help your tracks sound balanced and cohesive throughout the project, as well as compete within your genre.

After you contact me and book a mastering session, I’ll direct you to a form where you can enter the relevant information about your project. You will also be given an upload link to send me your files.

I’ll listen through your materials and let you know if I have any questions or suggestions. I’ll master your project and return it to you in your selected formats via a download link. If needed, revisions are complimentary - your satisfaction is guaranteed.

File Formats

  • I will deliver your tracks as individual .wav files that are ready for digital distribution.

If needed, I deliver High Resolution .wav files to future-proof your music and satisfy the audiophiles in your audience.

  • I deliver individual 44.1k/16-bit .wav files and/or a DDP file for your CD plant of choice.

  • I deliver the .wav files and data sheets needed to create vinyl records and cassette tapes. I will work with the plant to ensure you receive a high-quality product.

FAQs

  • I’ll take .wav files in the original resolution you worked in. No need to upsample or downsample for me. If required, I have specialized tools for that purpose.

  • Most streaming platforms now accept Hi-Res audio, so I recommend Hi-Res .wav files.

For a digital release, I’ll supply you with:

1.) a Hi-Res .wav version at the resolution of the original project

    2.) a CD-standard, 44.1k/16-bit .wav file, and

3.) an .mp3 version for sharing

  • I utilize a pair of incredible PMC monitors and a carefully-chosen collection of software tools to master your music. Please see the Audio Equipment section below.

  • My average lead time is 1-2 weeks.

Tighter deadlines are often possible. Please let me know if your project requires a fast turnaround.
